Every Viva experience begins with appropriate screening and assessment. Depending on your circumstances, a naturopathic consultation may be required before your infusion. At your appointment, your Registered Nurse will review your goals, health history and current needs before confirming and personalizing your infusion within the tier you’ve selected.
First-time clients, annual renewals and clients with significant changes to their health history are required to complete the appropriate virtual naturopath consultation before receiving IV therapy.

Our Pure Hydration Infusion is our most straightforward option, providing sterile saline without added vitamins or nutrients. It’s an ideal choice for clients looking for a simple hydration-focused IV experience.
Our Essential Wellness Infusion builds on hydration by incorporating selected vitamins and/or minerals based on your individual needs and goals. Your Registered Nurse will discuss your wellness goals and help determine the appropriate components available within this tier.
The Enhanced Wellness Infusion builds upon the Essential tier with additional vitamins, minerals and nutrients selected around your individual wellness goals. This tier offers greater flexibility for clients looking for a more customized IV experience.
Our Advanced Wellness Infusion offers access to higher-dose and specialty nutrients within our available protocols. Tier 4 is designed for clients looking for a more advanced and individualized wellness experience, with the final formulation determined through your clinical assessment and consultation.
Viva Wellness Drip offers NAD+ infusions as an advanced specialty wellness option. NAD+ infusions are administered by our Registered Nurses and are provided according to our clinical protocols following appropriate assessment and screening.
NAD+ infusions typically require more time than our standard IV appointments. Your RN will review the infusion process with you beforehand and monitor you throughout your appointment. NAD+ appointments can take approximately 2–4 hours, depending on the individual.
