Depending on your circumstances, a naturopathic consultation may be required before your infusion. Your Registered Nurse will also complete an assessment at your appointment.
Book through the Jane App or by contacting our wellness coordinators at 825-394-9826. Your Registered Nurse will deliver your infusion within the selected service and monitor you throughout your appointment.
Every Viva experience begins with appropriate screening and assessment. Depending on your circumstances, a naturopathic consultation may be required before your infusion. At your appointment, your Registered Nurse will review your goals, health history and current needs before confirming and personalizing your infusion within the tier you’ve selected.
First-time clients, annual renewals and clients with significant changes to their health history are required to complete the appropriate virtual naturopath consultation before receiving IV therapy.

Your IV is prepared and administered according to your selected service and clinical assessment.
Your RN monitors you throughout the infusion and provides appropriate aftercare guidance.
Most standard IV appointments are approximately 30–45 minutes; some drips can take up to 2 hours.
NAD+ appointments can take approximately 2–4 hours depending on the individual.
A brief 10-minute virtual naturopath consultation for first-time clients and annual renewals.
Registered Nurses administer our IV wellness services.
Yes. All first-time clients require an initial Naturopath Consultation so your drip can be tailored directly to you. This consultation will need to be renewed annually or with any significant changes in health history.
An infusion can take from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on your drip.
Yes, we specialize in mobile IV services and can come to you wherever you are!
